Returns:
-A Return Authorization is required for all returns.
-Products purchased from us are eligible for return privilege for Defective Merchandise within 90 days* of the shipment date, in the original manufacturer's carton with original manufacturers packaging, including all accessories (including remotes, handsets, adapters, or other required integral parts previously provided), manuals, literature and paperwork, with the exception of Pioneer Home, Pioneer Car Speakers, JVC Home, All Brands of Furniture and Mounting Brackets, Toshiba units that are not 19 and above TVs, Sharp, and LG products. Please contact the manufacturer to receive warranty service at the 800 # or the Web site listed in your Owner's Manual.

*Fulfillment customers have a 30 day return policy for credit from the date shipped. Restocking fees and shipping fees may be applied.

*Other circumstances may apply if discussed during the sale in writing.

-Note: Credit nor exchange will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.

-All products returned to us must have a Return Authorization number. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date issued; after 30 days the Return Authorization will expire and the request must be resubmitted for approval.

-All units must have a mechanical defect. Units received in good working order will be charged a restocking fee. (No buyers remorse accepted without restocking fee). Missing parts will be charged back to customer.

-All defective merchandise with Return Authorization must be shipped PREPAID FREIGHT.

- Defective Returns are eligible for exchange only.

Damaged Return:
Carrier claims must be filed with the carrier by the shipper of record by customer. Please fill out a Return Authorization request and note the condition of the product is DAMAGED within 5 business days; after 5 business days the unit will not be able to be claimed by the carrier. DO NOT SHIP the unit back to us; the carrier will schedule an inspection and pick up the goods from your location. If the claim is approved and deemed damaged in transit full credit including freight will be issued.

-For United Parcel Service (UPS), the item will be inspected and picked up within five to seven business days. Please ask the driver for a receipt and retain for your records.
-For truck shipments, the item will be picked up within one to ten business days for inspection. Please ask the driver for a receipt and retain for your records.

Damaged returns are processed for full credit, including freight charges.

Rejected Returns:
Product received missing parts, accessories, packaging or a return authorization number will not be credited. You will be notified and the units will be available for pick up for 30 days from us. After 30 days the units will be scrapped.
