If the claim is approved and deemed damaged in transit full credit including freight will be issued. -For United Parcel Service (UPS), the item will be inspected and picked up within five to seven business days. Please ask the driver for a receipt and retain for your records. -For truck shipments, the item will be picked up within one to ten business days for inspection.
